Our family is looking for a dependable, caring, and punctual driver to pick up our middle school-aged son from Woodward Academy and drive him home to Glenwood Park each weekday. This is a perfect opportunity for a college student, retiree, teacher, nanny, or someone looking for consistent less than part-time weekday work. Schedule * Now through approximately October (football season): Pick-up at 6:00 PM * After football season: Pick-up at 3:30 PM * School is located at 1667 Rugby Avenue, College Park, GA * Our home is in Glenwood Park (30316). * The drive is approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Responsibilities * Pick up our son promptly after school. * Drive him safely home in your own reliable vehicle. * Ensure he gets inside the house safely before leaving. * Communicate with us regarding any delays or schedule changes. Compensation * $30–35 per school day, based on experience, reliability, and references. * Guaranteed weekly pay for scheduled days with reasonable advance notice of school closings or cancellations. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: * Exceptionally reliable and consistently punctual. * A safe, experienced driver with a clean driving record. * Has a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license. * Comfortable working with middle school-aged children. * Able to provide references and pass a background check. * Interested in a long-term commitment throughout the school year. Location Preference Candidates who live in or near Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Decatur, Glenwood Park, or College Park are encouraged to apply, as the commute is more convenient.
