About this nanny job

This job would be to pick up Leni (age 8), Mae (age 5), and Jane (age 5) after school each day at 2:40, walk them two blocks to our house, and stay with them, or take them to the park to play. Our son Zexer (age 11) would arrive home on the school bus at some point after that. He's largely self-sufficient (and can be home alone for 30 minutes to an hour if the other kids go out), but might sometimes ask you for snacks or drinks. On some days, if a parent came home to watch the other kids in time, we'd love for you to drop Leni off at her afterschool activities. Some are walking distance, and others would require a subway ride. She is comfortable riding on the subway and we would pay the subway fare for you and her. We're ideally looking for someone who would actively play and interact with the girls and help them have a fun time after school, either at home or out with friends, and perhaps also support them in getting their chores done (such as picking their clothes for the next day, packing snacks, etc). We'd also love if you could help Leni establish and keep to a homework routine, so that she could get her homework done before her afterschool activities.
