We are looking for a kind, responsible, and reliable caregiver interested in part-time work on Fridays, who is also open to occasional evening and weekend babysitting. I stay home with our 18-month-old daughter on Fridays, but I'm sometimes in need of extra hands — whether that's a few hours in the morning, the afternoon while she naps, or on rare occasions, the full day. The schedule varies week to week, and some Fridays we won't need coverage at all. The Friday schedule is on an as-needed basis, with typical shifts running 2–4 hours (mornings or afternoons most common) and occasionally a full day. Hours vary from week to week, and we'll confirm what's needed the week prior. Availability for occasional evenings and weekends is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities include ensuring our daughter's wellbeing and safety at all times, handling daily care routines, engaging her in age-appropriate activities, and helping with light child-related chores such as tidying toys, washing bottles, or prepping snacks. We're looking for someone with a warm and patient caregiving style, who is excited to help our daughter learn and grow. We also need someone who is comfortable with a flexible, evolving schedule rather than a fixed weekly commitment.
