We are looking for an afternoon/evening nanny to help during school days with our 4.5 and 1.5 year old. Activities include: - daycare pick up (10 min from our house) - play with / occupy kids between pick up and dinner time - help with bedtime routine, though we will typically put the kids to bed - light tidying around the house such as washing lunchboxes, cleaning countertops, etc. We will typically be at the house with you. Though occasionally we may go out for dinner so you will be solo with the kids. What we’re looking for: - clean driving record. Though we can lend our car for pick up - fun and playful. Our kids love to play and be silly and we’re looking for someone who enjoys that kind of interaction with kids - reliable. We can be very flexible with hours but we ask that you hold to any commitments made - proactive. You observe when one of the kids needs help and take initiative with them - Spanish speaking preferably. We speak both Spanish and English and are trying to encourage bilingualism in the house What we offer: Flexible schedule - ideally you would work from 3-8pm three nights per week. But we can be flexible with the hours and days of the week - guaranteed hours: we will pay for a minimum of 12 hours per week regardless of if we use those hours - meals: since you will be here over dinner time you will be able to eat the meals we serve as a family. Rate between $22-28/hr depending on experience.Nanny job details
