About this nanny job
We are looking for a warm, reliable, engaging, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our happy and curious 2-year-old daughter. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with toddlers, encourages learning through play, and provides a safe, nurturing environment. Schedule • Full-time: Monday through Friday • 8 hours per day • Approximately half of the weekdays involve accompanying our daughter to her nearby co-op preschool and bringing her home afterward. Responsibilities • Transport our daughter safely to and from her co-op preschool (less than a 10-minute drive from our home). • Prepare and serve her lunch. • Assist with her nap routine. • Plan fun, age-appropriate activities, including reading, imaginative play, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other engaging educational activities. • Take her to nearby parks, libraries, and other local toddler-friendly activities. • Prioritize her safety and well-being at all times. • Perform child-related household tasks only, including: • Cleaning up toys and play areas. • Washing and putting away the child’s dishes. • Tidying the child’s room and belongings. • Child’s laundry, as needed. • Preparing simple meals and snacks for the child. Qualifications • Previous experience caring for toddlers. • Warm, patient, energetic, and highly engaging personality. • Enjoys playing with children and supporting their development. • Reliable, punctual, and organized. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Safe and dependable transportation. • CPR and First Aid certification preferred. • Non-smoker. • Excellent references.Nanny job details
