About this nanny job

We’re looking for a loving, patient, and dependable nanny to help care for our one-year-old daughter on an as-needed basis. We typically need support 1–2 weeks out of each month, for about 1–3 hours per day, usually sometime between 12–5 PM. Our schedule can vary, so we’d love to find someone with some flexibility who is comfortable receiving 1–2 weeks’ notice and, occasionally, shorter notice when needed. We work from home, so one of us will typically be in the house while you’re here. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys little ones and has a warm, fun, and nurturing energy. Patience, reliability, good communication, and being attentive to safety are very important to us. We’d love someone who enjoys playing, reading, talking, and engaging with our daughter rather than simply supervising her. Experience with infants/toddlers and CPR/First Aid certification are a plus. Speaking another language would also be wonderful, as we’d love for her to have some exposure to another language as she grows. We’re also open to a nanny who has a young child of their own and would like to bring them along, although this is absolutely not required. Ultimately, we’re hoping to find someone we trust who can become a consistent, long-term part of our family’s support system.
