About this nanny job

We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive After-School nanny to care for our two children and help keep our household running smoothly during the busy afternoon and evening hours. The role is primarily focused on 3.5 year old son as our 8.5 year old daughter has after school most days and is picked up from there by her parents. Key Responsibilities Pre-Pickup Household Support (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM): Run/unload the dishwasher, wipe down kitchen surfaces, and keep play areas tidy. Manage children's laundry (wash, fold, put away). Handle light grocery shopping and basic home organization. Childcare & Afternoon Activities (2:30-5:30 PM): Safely pick up children from school, unpack backpacks, and set up snacks. Typically would only be picking up one child, Coordinate and supervise engaging activities (playgrounds, play dates, local outings). Evening & Bedtime Support (5:30-7:00 PM) Prepare simple dinners for the children and handle post-dinner cleanup. Assist parent with evening routines, including baths/showers, teeth brushing, reading, and bedtime prep.
