About this nanny job

We’re looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to help care for our 1-year-old daughter in North San Jose for approximately one month while our current caregiver is out of the country. We would need someone during the day between the hours of 7:30am-4pm Mon-Thurs but hours and days needed could vary week to week depending on mine and husband’s schedule. We’re also hoping to find someone who may be interested in occasional weekend babysitting afterward. Pay: Starting at $29/hour, but depending on experience We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is patient, attentive, engaging, and dependable. Responsibilities include: • Playing and engaging in age-appropriate activities • Teaching and encouraging developmental skills through play, books, and activities • Preparing/feeding meals and snacks • Diaper changes • Following her nap routine and putting her down for naps • Taking her outside for walks and fresh air • Keeping her play and feeding areas tidy • Providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment We’d love someone who is reliable, communicative, attentive, and experienced with babies/toddlers.
