Mother’s Helper / Nanny (Long‑Term, Bothell) We’re a warm, busy family in Bothell looking for a long‑term mother’s helper / nanny to support Mom with our two young children (ages 1 and 2). We’re hoping to find someone caring, reliable, energetic, and who genuinely enjoys being part of a family’s daily rhythm. This role blends hands‑on childcare with supportive household help depending on the flow of the day. You’ll work alongside Mom as a second set of hands—helping with diapers, meals, snacks, dressing the kids, preparing for outings, and keeping them engaged in age‑appropriate play. Our toddlers love walks, park time, library visits, music, sensory activities, and simple learning games. Some days include supporting one child’s gym class or school schedule while helping the other transition smoothly to an activity at home. The role includes shared care as well as occasional independent moments when needed. Daily activities may include indoor play, reading, imaginative activities, outdoor time, stroller walks, park visits, and supporting structured activities. Light household support related to the kids is appreciated, such as tidying play areas, prepping snacks, or folding kid laundry. Reliability is extremely important, as this role directly supports Mom’s ability to manage the day smoothly.We have a friendly Boston Terrier, so you must be comfortable around dogs and able to move confidently in a pet‑friendly home. Schedule and Pay: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM (30 hours/week) Pay: $23–$32/hr depending on experience Guaranteed hours + sick pay Long‑term commitment strongly preferredWe’re looking for someone warm, patient, proactive, and comfortable working alongside a parent while helping maintain a positive, safe environment for two active toddlers.
