About this nanny job

Nanny needed for our soon to be 7 month old daughter. Sadly, I am going back to work after being on maternity leave and we did not feel comfortable putting her in daycare. Naturally, we want the best for our child i.e someone who is kind, trustworthy, and attentive. We would like for her to remain home as long as possible. My fiancé works from home so he will be here if needed, but he is going to be on the phone so he is not 100% available until he has a break. He will be watching our daughter a few days a week but his days off vary, so we need someone flexible, as the schedule could vary week to week as well.
