Your day will begin by guiding our morning routine—waking the children, getting them dressed, and ensuring our 5-year-old gets off to school smoothly. During the school day, you will provide dedicated care for our 2-year-old, managing meals, nap schedules, and engaging age-appropriate activities. In the afternoon, you will handle school pick-up for the 5-year-old and manage the transition home for both kids. Key Responsibilities • Morning Routine: Waking kids, dressing, simple breakfast prep, and managing the morning departure schedule. • School Logistics: Timely drop-off and pick-up for the 5-year-old using your vehicle. • Daytime Toddler Care: Managing care, play, outdoor time, and naps for the 2-year-old. • Child-Related Tasks: Child meal preparation, cleanup, and keeping play areas tidy. Requirements • Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and your own reliable, insured vehicle (we will provide all necessary car seats). Standard IRS mileage reimbursement provided for driving with the children. • Strong independence and initiative—able to structure the day and manage needs proactively. • Prior experience managing toddlers and preschoolers simultaneously. • First Aid and CPR certified (or certified before start date). • Strong references from previous families.
