Full-Time House Manager + Nanny | Yonkers/Scarsdale Area We are a family of 3 with a 7-month-old daughter looking for caring, reliable and proactive help to join our household long-term. Ideally, we would love to find one great person to join us full-time, Monday through Friday from approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, splitting their time between household management and caring for our daughter. We are also open to splitting the position between two great people if we find candidates who are a particularly good fit for either side of the role. In that case, we would be looking for a House Manager for approximately 15 to 20 hours/week (ideally M/W/F, but flexible on how the hours are split throughout the week) and a Nanny Monday through Friday from approximately 12 PM to 5 PM. HOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone organized and proactive who enjoys taking ownership of a home and doesn’t need a list of tasks every day. * Cooking healthy, high-protein and genuinely tasty meals for our family * Meal planning and prep. We are happy to find recipes together online or on Instagram and try new things * Groceries and keeping track of household staples * Family laundry, folding and putting clothes away * Organization of closets, pantry and other household spaces * Decluttering and general tidying * Light cleaning and helping keep the home consistently maintained * Keeping the kitchen and common areas clean and reset * Taking initiative and noticing what needs to be done around the house NANNY RESPONSIBILITIES Our daughter is becoming much more active and curious, so we are looking for someone warm and nurturing who genuinely enjoys engaging with babies and supporting their development. * Lots of play, talking, reading and age-appropriate developmental activities * Walks and outdoor time * Feeding milk and solids * Diaper changes and naps * Preparing simple, healthy baby foods * Baby laundry and bottles during naps * Keeping her room, toys and play spaces organized * Most importantly, building a loving bond with her and making her days fun, engaging and nurturing PAY: $25–30/hour depending on experience There may also be opportunities for additional hours when mutually convenient, including occasional evenings or weekends for date nights. Trust, communication, reliability and initiative are very important to us. We are hoping to find someone who fits naturally with our family and can be with us long-term.
