We’re the Hardman family—a close-knit, active family who values hard work, family time, and enjoying life together. We own a busy behavioral health practice and are both healthcare providers, so reliability and a strong work ethic are especially important to us. We’re hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family, especially as we prepare to welcome another little one. Jettsen is the joy of our family—a happy, curious, busy little guy who loves to explore, play, and be on the move. We’re looking for someone with a naturally warm and nurturing personality who also enjoys getting down on the floor, being playful and silly, getting outside, and keeping up with an active little guy. We want someone who is attentive, dependable, and genuinely enjoys caring for children—and who can build a meaningful connection with Jettsen over time. Consistency is very important to us, and we hope to find someone interested in growing with our family rather than simply filling a short-term position. When we travel, there may also be opportunities for house and dog sitting, which can help provide some additional work during weeks when regular childcare hours aren’t needed.
