Looking for Part-Time Nanny — Garland 75043 | 20 Guaranteed Hours | $16–20/hr W-2 We're looking for a long-term part-time nanny (1+ year, preferably longer) for our two children: a 9-month-old boy and 3-year-old girl. Both parents work from home, and the kids attend Mother's Day Out during part of the week. ️ Pay & benefits 💸$16–20/hr gross, based on experience ⏰️ 20 guaranteed paid hours/week (regular schedule is 19h50m) ⚖️ W-2 employee through a payroll provider 🎄7 paid holidays 🏖 20 hours PTO/year 🌡12 hours paid sick time/year 📈Opportunities for additional hours when MDO is closed. Regular schedule --Monday: 8:50 AM–5:20 PM --Tuesday–Friday: 2:30–5:20 PM We have some temporary flexibility for one shift if needed. For example, a college student who currently has a Monday class but could arrange a future semester around the position. The job is primarily playing with and supervising the kids, reading, diapers/toileting, preparing kid meals/snacks, kid-related cleanup, and helping with children's laundry on Mondays. We're looking for someone who enjoys facilitating child-led, screen-free play. We're open to a range of experience levels, including someone transitioning from regular babysitting into nannying.
