About this nanny job

Hi! My husband and I recently welcomed our baby boy and are looking for a kind, patient, and dependable overnight babysitter/night nanny to help during nighttime hours. We need someone comfortable caring for a newborn and providing a calm, nurturing environment. Bottles will be pre-made and ready, so they just need to be warmed when he wakes. Feedings will follow his natural schedule. Responsibilities include: * Overnight care for our baby * Bottle feeding \(warming pre\-made bottles\) * Diaper changes * Soothing and comforting as needed * Maintaining a calm, safe environment * Being attentive and proactive * Light cleanup after bottles/diaper changes You don’t need to stay awake the entire shift if the baby is sleeping, but we’re looking for someone who is a night owl and can respond attentively when needed. A comfortable guest bedroom will be provided for rest during downtime. We also have a friendly dog, so comfort around pets is required, though no pet care is needed. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone trustworthy, gentle, patient, responsible, and experienced with newborns.
