About this nanny job

Im looking for someone to care for my 5monthold in our home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Were in Doylestown now but relocating near Lake Nockamixon this fall. Looking for beginning of September start with someone who can stay on longterm. Hours are roughly 7-9 a.m. to 4-6 p.m. (depending on the day). Theres also potential for this to become a fulltime role in the future. We are a Christian family, so someone who shares similar values or is comfortable in a faith centered home would be ideal! Looking for someone experienced with infants and willing to help with light housework, cleaning, meal prep, and errands. Some weeks a family member may take him for a day, and on those days wed need household help instead of childcare. Ideal person is fun, easygoing, structured, and wants to become an extension of our family! Hoping to find someone who enjoys being outside, is flexible, jumps right in, and has clearances.
