Seeking a reliable, responsible, and nurturing part-time nanny to provide afternoon and evening care for a 3-year-old child, Lennox. The position is designed to provide support during the parent’s workday and assist with Lennox’s afternoon and evening routine. Lennox is an energetic, affectionate, and curious 3-year-old who enjoys playing, exploring, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. He is starting PK3 in August and benefits from a caregiver who is patient, attentive, engaging, and comfortable maintaining a consistent routine. Schedule Primary schedule: Monday–Thursday, alternating Fridays approximately 5:00 PM–8:00 PM The schedule is dependent on Lennox’s enrollment in an aftercare program. If Lennox is enrolled in aftercare: Nanny care will begin at approximately 5:00 PM. If aftercare is not available: Nanny will be responsible for picking Lennox up from school at approximately 3:15 PM and providing care until approximately 8:00 PM. Occasional Friday availability may be requested. Responsibilities Pick Lennox up from school/aftercare Safely transport Lennox home Provide attentive and engaging supervision while the parent works Prepare and/or serve dinner Provide age-appropriate play and activities Assist with his evening routine Help with bedtime preparation Clean up after Lennox’s meals and activities Communicate with the parent regarding daily activities, meals, behavior, and any notable concerns Prioritize Lennox’s safety and well-being at all times Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience caring for toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required Clean and safe driving record Dependable and punctual Patient, nurturing, attentive, and engaging Comfortable preparing simple meals for a young child Strong communication skills Able to follow established routines and instructions Responsible and trustworthy The ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide consistent, dependable support for Lennox while his parent works.
