After-School Nanny for 7-Year-Old — M–F, School Pickup + Activities We’re looking for a warm, patient, and reliable after-school nanny for our 7-year-old son. The schedule is Monday–Friday, typically 3:00–6:00 PM, with Thursdays from about 1:30–6:00 PM. We need someone with a reliable car and safe driving record who can pick him up from school and bring him home or to activities. He is a bright, curious, and active kid who loves being outdoors and has recently become especially interested in hiking and exploring nature, so we’d love someone who enjoys getting out of the house with him. He has ADHD and autism and is doing very well. He responds especially well to clear instructions, predictable routines, advance preparation for transitions, and practicing expectations. We’d love to find someone who is patient, calm, and comfortable following the strategies that work well for him. Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work consistently with us is just as important. After school would include a mix of snack time, outdoor play, playgrounds/hikes, activities, and relaxing at home. We’re hoping to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of his routine.Nanny job details
