About this nanny job

We are a family in Capitol Hill looking for a loving, experienced nanny to provide full-time care for our 5-month-old daughter beginning September 1st. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Rate: Commensurate with experience We’re looking for someone with prior experience caring for young infants who understands their needs and developmental stage. Our daughter is a happy, sweet baby, and we’d love to find someone who is warm, patient, and confident caring for her. Responsibilities will include all aspects of her care throughout the day, including: * Bottle feeding and burping * Diaper changes * Soothing and putting her down for naps * Age-appropriate play, tummy time, reading, music time, etc. * Cleaning and preparing bottles and keeping her feeding/play areas tidy * Taking her for walks We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with babies and will actively engage with her. Safety is our highest priority, so we value someone who is attentive and knowledgeable about safe infant care. We’d love to find someone who can become a trusted part of our family and provide our daughter with a nurturing environment while we work. Ability to teach our baby another language is a plus!
