About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, gentle, and trustworthy part-time babysitter/nanny to help care for our 2-month-old baby boy, Leonardo. I’ll usually be home, so I’m looking for someone who can work alongside me and become someone I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving him with. Responsibilities would include bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, putting him down for naps, tummy time, and age-appropriate play and interaction. Experience with young infants is very important, and we’d love someone who understands infant cues, wake windows, safe sleep, and early developmental milestones. We’re looking for someone who is: Loving, patient, gentle, and responsive Experienced with newborns/young infants Infant CPR/First Aid certified Reliable and communicative Comfortable with cats Willing to provide references and complete a background check Bulgarian or German speaking is a plus, but not required We’re looking for approximately 4-5 hours per day, Monday-Friday. We are currently in SoHo and will be moving to Jersey City in September, so ideally we’d love to find someone who can continue with us after the move. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies and will treat our son with lots of patience, affection, and attention.
