Looking for a **part-time afternoon nanny/family helper** in Palo Alto (about **20 hours/week**). Our boys are **10 and 13** and are very independent, so this is less of a traditional nanny role and more of a family helper position. We'd love someone who enjoys keeping a home running smoothly. Responsibilities include: * School/activity pickup (minimal driving—all very close to home) * Dinner prep * Laundry and keeping the house tidy * Helping the boys stay on top of homework and activities We're a warm family with two working parents (hybrid schedules), and we're looking for someone reliable, proactive and kind who is interested in a long-term position. **Monday–Friday afternoons | Palo Alto | Competitive hourly pay + PTO** We'll be asking for references for our final candidate, and we're happy to provide references from nannies and family helpers who have worked with our family as well.
