Part-Time Nanny Wanted — Afternoons, ~20 hrs/wk (San Carlos) starting mid-August Looking for a warm, patient, organized, communicative nanny for our three kids (4, 7, 9). Afternoon pickup from two schools, driving to activities, providing snacks, and supporting our youngest while our older two do their thing. Light housekeeping, dinner and lunch prep included. Occasional extra hours and bigger projects (trip planning, meal planning) as bandwidth allows. We care most about someone who's genuinely tuned in to kids' social-emotional development — not just supervising, but present. Highly Preferred: own car + clean driving record, independent, great communicator, comfortable with light housework.
