We’re looking for someone to watch our 17-month-old daughter, Olivia, for about 9-12 hours per week. We’re very flexible on the schedule and would be open to either one full day each week or several mornings/evenings. Care would take place at our home. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys spending time with toddlers, and who is comfortable working within routines we already have in place while getting to know Olivia and finding their own rhythm with her. We also have a very friendly little dog, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs. We have a cat, as well, but she makes herself scarce around our daughter. We’d love to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted person in Olivia’s life and ideally someone who is interested in a longer-term arrangement.
