I’m looking for a kind, loving, and dependable nanny to become a consistent part of our family and help care for my 21-month-old daughter. I’m a very involved mom and will usually be home, so I’m looking for someone who can work alongside me and provide that extra support that makes the day easier. I want to find someone who genuinely enjoys being around toddlers and would love getting to know my daughter, her personality, her routine, and the things she enjoys. Ideally, I would love to find one special person who we can build a trusting and comfortable relationship with rather than having different caregivers. I’m initially looking for occasional or part-time help, but if we are a great fit, I would be very open to transitioning into a more consistent or full-time arrangement. I’m looking for help with everyday things such as playing and interacting with her, reading, age-appropriate activities, meals and feeding, nap time, and helping keep her daily routine comfortable and consistent. I would love someone who enjoys encouraging her development and teaching her little things throughout the day in a natural and loving way. I’m also hoping to find someone flexible. There may be occasions when I need help later in the evening, and for the right person, I would eventually be interested in having them travel with us when needed. I would, of course, discuss travel arrangements separately. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely enjoys caring for children. I want my daughter to feel comfortable and happy with this person, and I want the nanny to feel respected, appreciated, and comfortable in our home as well. I’m happy to start gradually and get to know each other. I really want to find the right person who can become someone we trust and hopefully be a long-term part of our family.
