About this nanny job

Seeking an organized Family Assistant to help with keeping home tidy and organized and with driving 2 teens. Duties include family laundry, light housekeeping, simple meal prep, household organization, running errands, driving 12 and 15 year old to activities and keeping them on schedule. 20 hours / week. Monday - Friday 2:45pm- 6:45pm (may have some flexibility) Option to use family car for driving kids $40+ per hour plus paid vacation and sick days Qualifications Fluency in English Excellent and safe driver with clean record Non-smoker Excellent communication, comfortable texting with the kids directly for coordinating pick-ups Enjoys organizing Proactive / self-starter References Responsibilities Driving children to/from school and activities Ensuring kids stay on schedule (homework time, activities, etc) Family laundry Keeping the kitchen tidy (loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping down counters, breaking down boxes, taking out trash/recycling) Light vaccuuming in common areas Straightening up kids rooms, making beds, tidying play areas and common areas Household organization projects: pantry, bookshelves, closets, etc. Occasionally meet vendors (plumber, etc) at the home. Running errands: grocery shopping, making returns, pharmacy, etc. Meal prep and cooking: warming meal delivery service twice a week + preparing simple meals the other nights
