About this nanny job

Our ideal caregiver genuinely enjoys working with children. A major priority for our family is finding someone who is patient, compassionate, and able to build a strong connection with our hearing-impaired child. Experience communicating with or caring for children with hearing differences is a plus, but what matters most is being willing to learn, communicate patiently, and make our child feel comfortable, understood, and included. Responsibilities will primarily include evening care, light house cleaning, and our child’s bedtime routine. This may include preparing or helping with dinner, helping with getting ready for bed, brushing teeth, reading or another quiet bedtime activity. We are looking for someone who can provide attentive supervision while creating a calm, positive, and loving environment.
