About this nanny job

Busy, warm family seeking experienced nanny/family assistant for 3 school-age children and a newborn due later this year. Mom is home full-time but active in school leadership, volunteering, and family responsibilities. Initial schedule is Mon-Fri approximately 2:00PM-8:30PM, with fuller afternoon/evening hours expected after baby arrives (12:30PM-8:30PM). Duties include school pickups, driving to activities, helping with dinner/bedtime routines, children's organization, and eventually newborn support. Must be calm, reliable, proactive, infant-experienced, and a confident driver. Comfortable working alongside parents and an AuPair is important, as well as other house employees. Position will be paid legally as a household employee with taxes withheld (W-2). NDA/confidentiality agreement required.
