Full-Time Nanny — San Francisco, Dolores Heights | 40 hrs/week, M–F Warm, active family looking for an exceptional full-time nanny for our two children: a 4-year-old boy who is in preschool during the day, and a 16-month-old girl. We’re looking for someone warm, playful, energetic and emotionally attuned who genuinely loves spending their days with young children. You might have a background in early childhood education, psychology or child development—or simply a real passion for this stage of childhood and experience to match. We value a gentle, respectful approach: getting down on their level, following their interests, supporting big feelings and growing independence, and bringing plenty of humor and fun. We’d love someone who enjoys getting out and about—parks, playgrounds, classes, libraries and little adventures—and is confident creating a rich, engaging day without overscheduling or rushing children through it. The role is 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday. Mum is around and involved but is looking for a nanny who feels confident taking ownership of the children’s daily rhythm and activities. When childcare allows, the role includes keeping children’s spaces, clothes and supplies organized and running smoothly. We’re hoping to find someone who wants to become an important, trusted part of our children’s lives and who takes real pride in helping young children feel safe, understood, capable and loved. We have a car, which can be available to you.
