About this nanny job

We're looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 4-month-old daughter starting in mid-September, ahead of my return to work at the end of the month. My husband and I both have hybrid work schedules, and I work from home most of the week. We're hoping to find someone who will feel like a trusted part of our family and who is confident taking the lead with our daughter during the workday, even while we're home. We value kindness, open communication, reliability, and compassion, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies. Extensive infant experience is very important to us, and a background or education in child development or early childhood education would be a wonderful plus. Our ideal nanny is nurturing, engaged, and attentive to developmental milestones, and will enjoy talking, reading, playing, going on walks, and helping our daughter explore the world as she grows.
