About this nanny job

Basically, the kids go to daycare, but my wife and I have opposite work schedules. My wife works overnight, and I work in the morning. I have to leave for work before my wife gets home, so we’re looking for someone to babysit the kids during that time. The schedule is flexible because our work schedules can vary.
