About this nanny job

Nanny needed for an 8 month old boy 3 days a week to support a first time mom. Looking for ~8hrs a day but flexible on exact days and start/end times. Looking for someone who is gentle, engaged, physically fit, communicative, and easygoing. We have a 60lb dog who doesn't need any care, but we do want someone comfortable managing a baby and a dog (using baby gates, etc.). My husband is from Germany and we would love someone with a European background - if you speak German, that would be huge bonus points.
