Hi there! My name is Zay :) I’m currently a senior student-athlete at Howard University, where I compete on the swim and dive team. Im health science major with a minor in biology. Hello, I am Nancy. I am currently student at montgomery college. I’ve always loved being around kids—it’s something that comes naturally to me. With many nephews and nieces, I’ve spent years helping take care of them, and it’s given me so much joy and experience. Whether it’s playing games, telling stories, or just making them laugh, I love creating a space where kids feel happy and cared for. What I enjoy most is how unique every child is. They each have their own personality, and it’s so rewarding to connect with them and see them grow. Taking care of kids has taught me to be patient, creative, and understanding, which are qualities I bring to every family I work with. For me, childcare isn’t just a responsibility—it’s something I’m passionate about and genuinely enjoy doing.

I would describe myself as an outgoing, energetic, responsible and overall patient individual. I enjoy working with children, as I believe they are our future! I also believe that working with children provides an opportunity to discover a new purpose everyday! While nothing is going to come easy, the gratification I feel breaking through to a child and seeing their face light up with that “ah ha” moment is worth it. I have been working with children for the majority of my life. As of right now, I work for a caregiving service that specializes in the care of children with special needs, called Cambrian Homecare, and have been here for about 3 years.
