Hi - My name is Makenzie and I'm currently a senior at Pius X High School. I am offering child care, pet care, and household services. I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids (including special needs) since I was 16 years old. I worked at a daycare for 2 years working with the ages of infants to teenagers. Regularly throughout the school year i volunteer at a special needs school. My responsibilities have included driving to/from school, crafts, tutoring, and even helping in sports. l also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands. I am also CPR and First Aid certified for infants through adults, (can show certificate upon request).

I have several years of experience caring for children of 1 year old and up. My background includes babysitting for local families in my hometown, volunteer in youth programs, and mentoring middle school students who want to pursue STEM. I am also trained in basic first aid and have taken a CPR class. I am extremely patient, responsible, dependable, and tidy. As a babysitter I would rather find creative activities for the kids to do such as arts and crafts, baking, and outdoor time rather than turning on the tv. I make sure to follow all routines parents provide. As a babysitter I have the ability to balance fun with structure.
