I have adult kids that I raised as a single mom. I have over 15 years as a HHA working with seniors and children in the past and currently looking for a full or part- time position for the next 2 months, days, weekends, evening shift is fine. I am an honest dependable and reliable woman in my 50"s who is currently an empty nester. I am a very emphatic and compassionate person that loves and truly enjoy working with seniors and children.

Hi, I worked as a part time nanny for occasional weekends or some nights for a family of 5 with three kids ages currently 2,5,9. We have become like family but with the dad having a family member in the home I was no longer needed for the occasional help. I am an accountant for my full time role but for private industry so no crazy hours on my end. I have assisted with homework, class projects and just general educational needs with both the 5 year old and 9 year old. But that’s not all we’ve done, we also enjoy doing arts and crafts and now I can proudly say I can name multiple K-pop groups.

I worked as a group leader in an afterschool program with children ranging from 6 years to 12 years old, as well as being a group leader in a summer camp. Additionally when I worked in a family shelter I assisted in planning activities for children such as arts and crafts and trips. I occasionally provided childcare for friends and family, I’ve taken care of babies ranging 8 months to toddlers.

I started working with kids when I interned at the NYPL as a "literacy leader" tutoring 1st & 2nd graders. I worked 1 on 1 with a little girl from the DR, who arrived not knowing any English, and it was so rewarding to bond with her, teach her the language, and witness her joy as she learned. Over the summer I interned at a nursery school and worked with 1-4 year olds! A little bit about me, I'm 21 years old and a student at Lehman college studying psychology. I'd describe my personality as sweet, funny, and calm! I like working with children because their curiosity and joy are infectious! It's heartwarming to see the world through their pov. I always make sure that the child feels comfortable and supported, I am good at coming up with ideas and activities. I love to teach the children new things, do crafts, explore with them, and most of all create amazing bonds! I want to be able to provide parents with comfort and security of having someone trustworthy watching their little ones!
