The Routine: • 7:30 PM: Start. • Bedtime: Supervise PJs, teeth brushing, and quiet reading. • 9:00 PM: Lights out. • 9 PM – 2 AM: He’ll be asleep. Feel free to use our Wi-Fi/TV until we return.
