About this babysitting job

We are trying to find someone our daughter can become comfortable with so that my husband and I can enjoy date nights together. My husband works from home and I am a stay at home mom, our daughter does not do well with other people. We are hoping to start with an introduction, do some at home play with mom around, then move to mom cleaning the home and letting the child play with the caregiver, and eventually to mom leaving for errands and child is with caregiver. Then once she is comfortable with the caregiver, we can do regular caregiving hours for date nights or even just giving mom time to be out or clean. Our daughter is silly, energetic, loves to read, color, jump in her trampoline and play pretend in her playroom. She is not yet potty trained and still uses diapers, we are working on this. She has a set schedule that we can talk about once we find the right fit!
