About Our Family: We are a family in Fairfax, VA with a sweet, well-sleep-trained 2.5-year-old boy and one small, friendly dog. We are looking for a highly reliable, experienced, and well-vetted caregiver for regular evening and occasional overnight care when we travel or go out. Responsibilities: • Evening routine (dinner, bath, pajamas, books, bedtime) • Overnight supervision • Morning routine (breakfast, light play) • Limited screen time (up to ~30 minutes in the evening is okay) • Light child-related cleanup (toys, dishes used, etc.) • Basic care for our small dog (letting out, feeding) Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years of childcare experience (toddler experience required) • Comfortable with overnights • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Non-smoker • Strong references from previous familiesBabysitting job details
