About this babysitting job

Hi! We’re a fun, easygoing family of four looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging sitter to become our go-to person. We have two kiddos—Parker (5) and Kellan (4)—who are genuinely best friends and truly good company (and yes, we know every parent says that… but they really are 😊). They’re curious, energetic, love to play, and do well with someone who is present, playful, and confident setting gentle boundaries. They’re at a really fun age and enjoy having someone who will jump into games, read books, and keep up with their growing independence. What We’re Looking For: We’re hoping to build a consistent relationship with a sitter we can trust and rely on long-term. Right now, we lean heavily on my mom for childcare, but as the kids get more active, we’re looking to expand our village. Typical needs include: - Evenings, mostly on weekends - Occasional weekday help, as needed - School pickup and short commutes (Point A to Point B) - While we don’t have immediate overnight needs, we’d love to have that option available down the road - Looking ahead to summer, we’re hoping for something a bit more regular, especially to help with Parker We’re flexible, communicative, and really value finding someone who feels like a natural fit for our family—not just a one-off sitter, but someone who enjoys getting to know our kids and growing with us. If you’re dependable, warm, and love working with kids this age, we’d love to connect!
