Our 8-year-old is quirky/corky and full of personality — we’re looking for someone patient and good with kids who have their own unique vibe. • 6 year old: Can be hyper and emotional at times, so emotional awareness, patience, and a calm presence are important. • 4 year old: Easygoing with routine. • 1 year old: Needs the most attention (diapers, feeding, soothing, bedtime routine). What we’re looking for: • Someone who is genuinely good with kids, patient, calm, and kind • Experience with multiple children and toddlers • Comfortable managing bedtime routines • Reliable, attentive, and safety-focused • Must be able to stay late and drive home safely at night (date nights can run late) Duties may include: • Supervising kids during chill time • Light snacks/meals if needed • Diaper changes and care for the 1-year-old • Bedtime routines • Keeping kids safe, calm, and comfortable while we’re out We’re looking for someone we can build a trusted, ongoing relationship with — someone who feels comfortable in our home and who our kids can get used to seeing.
