We are a family in South Tampa looking for a reliable, caring, and organized person to help manage our home while we are away. This role is more than basic babysitting — it’s a combination of pet care, teen support, and light household management. Responsibilities Include: Caring for our dogs (feeding, walks, companionship, basic routines) Being present for our teenage son Driving him to and from school and activities Helping prepare meals and snacks Keeping an eye on homework and daily routines Light household tasks related to him and the pets Tidying common areas Basic cleaning after meals Laundry as needed for him Maintaining a calm, respectful, and structured environment Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience with teens and pets Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable staying in the home during assignments Able to follow schedules and communicate clearly Background in childcare, nannying, or household management preferred What We’re Looking For: Someone mature, dependable, and proactive — not just a sitter, but someone who treats our home and family with care and respect.
