About this babysitting job
We’re a close-knit family with four girls (2, 5, 7, and 9). We value kindness, patience, respect, and safety. Our kids love creative play, reading, crafts, and being active. We’re looking for a reliable, nurturing sitter who enjoys engaging with kids and creating a fun, safe, structured environment; minimal screen time preferred. Our girls are curious, creative, and full of energy and personality. They love imaginative play, arts and crafts, coloring, and creative projects, reading books together, storytelling, dolls, games, building activities, music, dancing, and outdoor activities. They enjoy learning through play and thrive with positive encouragement and gentle structure. Each child has their own interests, but they all love being engaged, staying active, and having fun in a loving environment. Our children benefit most from gentle guidance, patience, and positive reinforcement. With four different ages, they may need help with transitions, sharing, and following routines. The younger ones may need assistance with basic care and redirection, while the older children may need reminders, encouragement, and support with independence. We’re looking for a caregiver who is patient, nurturing, and confident managing multiple children of different ages. The ideal sitter is calm under pressure, organized, and able to create a fun yet structured environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine love for children are very important to our family. Parking is not an issue; there is a driveway in front of the two car garage and readily available street parking. We do not have any pets in the home.Babysitting job details
