we need a sitter for the days we work! we have a 6, 4, and almost 1 year old. the most hands on things you’ll be doing is making lunch and dinner for the older kids, changing the infants diaper, and making her bottles. you will be making lunch for only the 4 year old; the 6 year old will be at school. (his van will drop him off at 4:26). there are no snacks until after lunch is eaten, another once the 6 year old comes home, and after dinner is eaten (I should be home before they even finish dinner and some night before dinner time) for punishments you can do time outs (they know it as nose and toes), separation (where they each go to their bed to calm down), and taking away a toy, ps4 controller or turning off the tv all together. but for the most part they’re well behaved kids it’s mostly just sibling bickering (that’s why the punishments are usually just separation) the baby likes to play in the back with her older siblings so she won’t need too much coddling from you. the 4 year old is allergic to ALL NUTS and the 6 year old is allergic to seafood.
