We are seeking a responsible and nurturing babysitter to care for children on an occasional basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting children's growth and development through engaging activities and positive role modeling. Key Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and caring supervision of children in a safe environment - Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity - Foster the development of social skills through guided play, communication, and interaction - Encourage good manners, sharing, and cooperation to support social and emotional growth - Act as a positive role model by demonstrating kindness, patience, and responsibility - Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed - Assist with homework or educational activities when appropriate - Communicate effectively with parents about the children’s needs and experiences Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting - Strong understanding of child development principles - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children in meaningful activities - Reliable, responsible, and punctual - CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
