We’re a family of two dads with a 9-year-old son, Carson. He can be a bit hyperactive but is very easy to entertain and is usually happy doing his own thing - playing video games, using his iPad, or watching TV in his room. Most of our needs will be for date nights. Depending on timing, there may be some light meal prep or helping with snacks, but often we’ll order food, so cooking is usually minimal. We’re both working professionals (one dad is a police officer and the other works a corporate job), so reliability and good communication are important to us. This could become an ongoing opportunity if it’s a good fit. We’re a same-sex married couple, so it’s important that our caregiver is comfortable and supportive of that. We also have two friendly dogs. Childcare is the priority, but we may occasionally need help letting the dogs out or feeding them, so being comfortable with pets and light pet care is a must.Babysitting job details
