About this babysitting job

I’m looking for a babysitter that can alternate with my mom. She’s off Monday through Thursday. I need someone from Thursday through Monday. It will be Thursday Friday after 4, my son’s bus comes to the house. He has autism, so I need someone that understands his needs. He’s level 1, it’s mostly behavioral. Times would be from 4pm to 8pm on the weekdays. Weekends Saturday until 8, Sunday until 6.
