About this babysitting job
I am a Care Coach with Cariloop, an approved UrbanSitter partner, looking to fulfill an occasional babysitter job for a family on UrbanSitter with the following need: Job Title: Babysitter for 3 Children (Ages 3, 4, and 12) Location: Denton, TX Schedule: Occasional babysitter, mainly evenings and weekends. 1. Job Summary The ideal candidate will be experienced, flexible, reliable, caring, and responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our three children: a toddler (3 years old), a preschooler (4 years old), and an older child (12 years old). The candidate should be experienced with multiple age groups, energetic, and able to balance the differing needs of young and older children. 2. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and engage all three children in age-appropriate activities; prepare basic meals and snacks; feed the children, and tidy up the kitchen. Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training. Ensure that the surroundings are clean and safe. Engage in crafts, read stories, and promote learning through play. Control screen time and administer first aid when required. Ensure that each child goes to bed on time, especially if working evening shifts. Allow the dog to go outdoors and back in the house after feeding it. 3. Qualifications Previous experience babysitting children from toddler to preteen ages; patient and creative, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and stay organized. CPR and first aid certified, and is a non-smoker. Having a degree or continued education in child development is a plus. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Must like dogs 4.
