About this babysitting job
Hi! We’re looking for an experienced, confident toddler caregiver for our almost two-year-old son. He’s very energetic, curious, and sweet, he does require consistent one-on-one engagement. We don’t use screens, so the right person genuinely enjoys getting on the floor, playing, reading, talking, and staying actively involved the entire time. Experience with high-energy toddlers (especially toddler boys) is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include: -Engaged, screen-free play -Preparing and feeding meals/snacks -Nap routine -Supporting potty training -Keeping play areas/kitchen tidy I’ll be home recovering from dental work, as our usual babysitter will be out of town, so this role is primarily extra hands and focused support during that time. I only have a few hours listed, but would most likely be 10-15 hours total across a few days between 3/19-3/31. We are also looking for an additional sister for our sitter list, so someone who has future availability for date nights etc. would be a great fit. We also have one friendly dog. You just need to be comfortable around dogs — pet care is not part of the job. We’re looking for someone warm, attentive, patient, and confident with toddler behavior.
