I’m looking for a dependable, engaging, and experienced nanny to care for our two daughters in our home. Location: Bronzeville Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:30am–3:00pm Start Date: early - mid-March Pay: $25+/hour based on experience (benefits include PTO, holidays, and guaranteed hours) We’re looking for someone who is: • Warm, calm, and emotionally attuned • Proactive about planning simple, age-appropriate activities • Engaged (minimal phone use during work hours) • Reliable with strong communication • Safety-conscious and trustworthy Our ideal nanny enjoys creating structure to the day, including crafts, reading, sensory activities, music, etc. We value intentional engagement and presence. Additional expectations: • Prior childcare experience with references • Background check required • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) We are a respectful family and value open communication and consistency.
