About this babysitting job
**Important Information: Please Read Carefully** We are looking for a dedicated caregiver for an nine-hour shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Before you accept this position, please ensure that you can commit to the entire shift without the possibility of canceling. It's essential that you feel comfortable working with a wonderful nine-year-old boy who is moderately autistic. He is nonverbal but full of energy and love! Please be aware that he can have occasional meltdowns, which may involve him biting his fingers when he's upset or hitting his head. If you notice these behaviors, we encourage you to gently redirect him. For safety, all doors must remain locked at all times, and we ask that shoes be removed when entering the home. Once he falls asleep, you will have some time to relax downstairs on the couch. We have recently moved in, so there may be some boxes around, but we do not have any pets. We also prefer to keep the home private, so no visitors, please. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to finding the right fit for our family!Babysitting job details
