Mother's Helper / Childcare Provider – Bilingual (English/Spanish) We're a close-knit family looking for a warm, reliable, bilingual caregiver for our newborn and occasional help with our almost 3-year-old. About the Role: Starting as a mother's helper - caring for our baby while I'm home, or helping with light housework (cooking, cleaning) while I focus on the baby. We hope to grow this into part-time or as-needed independent childcare over time. About Our Family: We have a 4-month-old girl who is as sweet as she is smiley, and a nearly 3-year-old who is energetic, creative, and full of heart. Our toddler is in full-time daycare but may occasionally need coverage. What We're Looking For: • Fluent in English and Spanish (priority - we want our children immersed in Spanish) • Experience with newborns and/or young children • Nurturing, patient, and trustworthy • Comfortable with cooking & household tasks Compensation: • $27/hr for one child | $34/hr for two children • Credit card payment through UrbanSitter only Schedule: Flexible on days and times - looking to connect and get started before April 1st!
